I held back since it was lunchtime, but Jacoby Burger is the perfect place for draft beer + handmade burgers in the evening.

I went in around 3 pm after lunchtime, and there weren't many people so I could eat leisurely, 
but it seemed like it would be much busier at lunch and dinner time.
